alone when it comes to sustainable weight management.
Your weekly, men-only group meeting is where
you identify some of the reasons you put on weight – because
there’s usually more to it than just ‘eating too much’.

In your group you:
- Identify what’s happened in the past to cause
your weight gain.
- Develop a strategy for improving your
relationship with food and drink.
- Make the changes you need to create a
healthier future.
In your structured group discussions you
are mentored by your Weight-Management Counsellor, and
you use skills and techniques from your LighterLife toolkit.
Your LighterLife group meetings will help you
understand how to make better choices in the future about when,
what and how much to eat and drink.
